Job Description

Roles and Responsibilty

  • BDM will responsible to handle the customer over the phone and provide complete information about the project as customer is interested for.
  • Influence customer for site visit.
  • Answering incoming calls from prospective customers.
  • Maintain data of prosprective client.
  • Generate sales with cooperation of sales team.
  • Customer Coucelling.
  • Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
  • Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
  • Parsuade the customer to buy our project. 


  • Strong communication skills.
  • Team work & leadership skill.
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
  • Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Persistent and results-oriented.
  • Patient and able to handle customer call rejections.

Any Graduate or Undergradutate with experience in related fields.
